RETURN & EXCHANGES

U.S. RETURN POLICY

We encourage you to return products purchased from Safari-Supply.com which you are not 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item if returned within 90 days* from date of original purchase.

 

 With Receipt:Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
 Without Receipt:Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Safari Supply gift card.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS.

National brand optics and electronics items may be returned within 60 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its’ original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After 60 days these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are in effect.

 

 Optics include:Binoculars, scopes, spotting scopes, rangefinders, sights, and sunglasses.
 Electronics include:GPS, cameras, radios, DVDs, metal detectors, watches, electronic collars, digital compasses, personal locator beacons, and solar panels.

 

Items damaged in shipment, perishable, or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-877-723-2740 or email support@safari-supply.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SAFARI-SUPPLY.COM PURCHASE BY MAIL

Detach the bottom of the packing slip included with your order.

1. On the side marked “merchandise return form,” circle the item(s) you’re returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return.

2. If the address for the return is different from the one listed on the form, fill out the box labeled “different ship-to address” on the reverse side of the form.

3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive a Gift Card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.

4. For exchanges, fill out the reverse side of the form.

5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. Attach the shipping label provided with your original order. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Safari Supply LLC/Safari-Supply.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

RETURNS STATUS

Returns mailed to Safari Supply may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
